Tenant Prospect Hotline - we have designated member from our team to answer all potential tenant's inquires and arrange appointment for show in so we dont miss any potential tenants for your property.

Comprehensive Lease Agreement - our compliance team has built in addendums to further protect our landlord from the standard lease agreement.

Lease Enforcement and Evictions - In unfortunate situations where lease violations occur, we handle lease enforcement procedures and, if necessary, manage the eviction process according to California law. *attorney fees and eviction coordination fee applies

Property Maintenance and Repairs -

We handle all maintenance and repairs for your property, ensuring it meets local housing codes and stays in good condition, whether it's a minor issue like a leaking toilet tank or a major one like a roof leak. This means you won't have to worry about late-night calls for tenant issues.

For your peace of mind, we'll obtain multiple bids and quotes for any repairs costing over $500. You'll have the chance to approve these before any work starts.
Vendors - Our vendors have established enduring relationships with us, some spanning over 15 years. This ensures that we have access to experienced, fairly priced, and competent vendors working for your property

Emergency Response - Our call center provides 24/7 emergency response for tenants, handling urgent situations like burst pipes or electrical failures promptly and professionally.

Annual Check Up and Lease Renew - $150/Year

Annual Inspections - We conduct annual inspections of your property to ensure it's being well-maintained by the tenants and to catch any issues early on.

RT Property Management Currently Operates 50 Short Term and Middle Term Units and uses this alternative strategy for owners who wants to optimize their income potential.
